Your code is suboptimal!

Ian | May 10, 2007

I came across two advertising campaigns from SourceGear. The latest of which is a comic book depiction of the product developers, under the guiding hands of the Evil Mastermind.

Evil Mastermind

“Each full-page color ad will be one comic strip, a different episode each month for a year. As a whole, the twelve episodes fit together to form a story arc.”

The first two episodes are available now on their website:

  • Episode 1 (PDF, 2.5 MB)
  • Episode 2 (PDF, 2.0 MB)

In the past, they also ran a big motion picture style campaign with Hal Douglas doing the voiceover. Certainly worth a look.

Shouldn’t all software advertising be like this!?

Full details can be found at Erik Sink’s web log.
