Directions:
From the A361 you should take the B3227 towards South Molton and Torrington. As you pass through South Molton take care to stay on the B3227 towards Torrington.(Do not take the B3226 toward Crediton) Keep on the B3227 and after you go over the bridge at Umberleigh turn right. After a short distance turn left towards Atherington and Torrington (still on the B3227).

Go straight though Atherington (do not turn off to High Bickington) Go down the steep hill and up the other side. At the top of hill there is a cross roads - Langridge Cross - Turn Left. Go to end of lane where there is a T junction - Potems Cross - Turn Left. The cottages are 600yds on the right.
